Ingredients:
1 box of precooked lasagna noodles (about 16ish)
1 bag of shredded cheese (I like the dairy-free soy cheese, but you can use the regular stuff if you like)
2 bags of frozen mixed veggies (usually corn, carrots, peas)
2 lbs of your protein of choice (I like the soy "meat" crumbles, you can use ground turkey or beef if you like better)
2 jars of tomato sauce
Instructions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees F.
In a casserole dish layer: sauce, noodles, 1 bag veggies, sauce, cheese, noodles, 1 bag veggies, 1lb meat, sauce, cheese, noodles, 1lb meat, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes.
