Mixed Berry Chia Seed Bars

Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and held together with creamy almond butter, these no-bake bars are a delicious way to fuel your day. Whether you need a quick breakfast, a post-workout bite, or a brain-boosting snack, these bars have you covered!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, chia seeds, rolled oats, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is sticky.

  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

  5. Press the mixture down firmly to create an even layer.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
