Cocoa Bean Delight

Indulge your sweet tooth and nourish your mind with Cocoa Bean Delight, a rich, chocolatey treat with a surprising twist. Made with wholesome black beans, this decadent dessert is a brain-boosting blend of protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and packed with the deep flavor of cocoa and dairy-free dark chocolate, this recipe offers all the satisfaction of a traditional brownie with a nutritious upgrade. Whether served warm or at room temperature, Cocoa Bean Delight is perfect for a guilt-free indulgence that fuels both body and brain.

Ingredients:
200g of cocoa powder
250g of black beans, cooked and mashed
100g of maple syrup
120ml of almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
30g of dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, mashed black beans, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped dairy-free dark chocolate into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly firm to the touch.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 equal pieces.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
