Cocoa Bean Delight

Indulge your sweet tooth and nourish your mind with Cocoa Bean Delight, a rich, chocolatey treat with a surprising twist. Made with wholesome black beans, this decadent dessert is a brain-boosting blend of protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Sweetened naturally with maple syrup and packed with the deep flavor of cocoa and dairy-free dark chocolate, this recipe offers all the satisfaction of a traditional brownie with a nutritious upgrade. Whether served warm or at room temperature, Cocoa Bean Delight is perfect for a guilt-free indulgence that fuels both body and brain.



Ingredients:

  • 200g of cocoa powder

  • 250g of black beans, cooked and mashed

  • 100g of maple syrup

  • 120ml of almond milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 30g of dairy-free dark chocolate, chopped


Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, mashed black beans, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.

  • Fold in the chopped dairy-free dark chocolate into the mixture.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly firm to the touch.

  • Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into 6 equal pieces.

  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
