Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1 tbs vanilla

  • Chopped fruit and berries and/or granola


Instructions:

  1. Mix soy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla together and let sit for about 20 minutes. Stir again.

  2. Top with chopped fruit and berries or granola.
