Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds blueberries

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 brown sugar

  • 1/2 olive oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Sprinkle of lemon juice


Instructions:

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix flour, oats, sugar, and olive oil in a bowl to make the crumble topping.

  3. Pour blueberries into a casserole baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  4. Spread the crumble topping over the blueberries

  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
