Baked Salmon and Asparagus

Fuel your brain and body with this delicious and nutrient-packed baked salmon and asparagus recipe! Ingredients:

  • Olive oil

  • Salmon fillets

  • Ajika seasoning

  • Asparagus

  • Salt


Instructions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place salmon fillets on baking dish and rub ajika seasoning on top.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes until flaky.

  4. In a stove top pan, add about a Tbs of olive oil. Cook asparagus until tender. Add salt to taste.
